TVT has created a session for you!
TVT plan to launch a new intro-2-track running session on Wednesdays!
The sessions will be run over a 6 week period to introduce people to Track and structured running sessions at a pace to suit the group.
The session starts on Wednesday 13th August AT 810pm. As all Track sessions, it cost a swim ticket or equivalent.
Hopefully over the 6 weeks we can give you the start you need to progress in to one of TVTs regular training nights because we want to you to improve over the winter period
This session will be looked after by Derek while the regular track runners are looked after by one of our experienced runners.
Come and join! TVT as usual is a friendly group and would like to get you all to perform to your best ability!
